What is included in the Basic Service (£29.99)?
The Basic Service includes the following items: Incorporation with Companies House inclusive of incorporation fee. Usually completed within 4 Working Hours (subject to no errors on submission). A digital copy of the Certificate of Incorporation (PDF Format). A digital copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association (MS Word Format). We also provide a number of other value added products and services that will make life easier for you while setting up your new business.
How does the Electronic Incorporation Wizard work?
The Company Incorporation Wizard is an online application designed to simplify the process of registering a limited company in the UK. The system integrates directly with the Companies House Electronic Filing Service to provide a secure and efficient way to post important documents. The average response time for an incorporation made on our system is 5 hours.
What type of company can I register with this system?
The Company Incorporation Wizard will enable you to form a private company limited by shares. You may form a simple sole member company or alternatively assign multiple directors and shareholders depending on your individual requirements.
How much does it cost to register a company?
To register a limited company using our system will cost £29.99 + VAT. Any company incorporation requires a mandatory fee of £15.00 payable to Companies House this will be paid on your behalf and is included in our fee.
When and how do I pay to use the system?
Once you have entered all the required information for your company, you are then required to complete payment. All payments are taken online through our secure servers at PayPal.
How long will it take to enter all the details?
On registering to use our system you will be provided with an account you can use to enter all the information required. You may access your account at any time by logging on to the system with your username and password. Due to the nature of certain questions it may be necessary to return to the system at a later date once all the information has been gathered, any previously entered information will be saved and available when you return to the system. Any account with us will remain active for 21 days before it is removed from the system.
Once I have entered all the information how long will it take to register my company?
Generally speaking the documents you submit on our system will be filed by Companies House within 24 hours subject to them not containing errors. If Companies House identify any errors or omissions the documents will be returned and must be adjusted accordingly. If the documents are rejected we will contact you as soon as possible with the reason and ask you to carry out any such amendments. Once they have been updated we will then resubmit the documents to Companies House.
How are the documents signed?
The documents created on our system are signed and authenticated by use of a digital signature. The digital signature is created by combining three pieces of personal information to produce a 9 digit code. Each director, secretary and shareholder must provide a digital signature based on three questions; Mothers maiden name, town of birth and eye colour. The signature is then generated from stringing together the first three characters of each answer to create a unique 9 digit code, as illustrated below.
The completed signature is a personal declaration for Companies House to acknowledge the individual as an officer of the company
